Adarsh scam: Information Commissioner Tiwari's leave application rejected

Maharashtra Governor K Sankaranarayanan on Wednesday refused to grant leave to Information Commissioner Ramanand Tiwari, whose son owns a flat in the controversial Adarsh Housing Society in Mumbai.
