RTI Act helps parents get girl back
The Right to Information (RTI) Act came to the rescue of a couple from Sion who had been fighting for the custody of their child for almost three years. Sunita is S Venkat's daughter from his first marriage. He subsequently married a second time, to a woman, Meenu.
