Information on the RTI Act pulls in crowds at Book Fair
Balwant Singh Satvanshi from Haryana was excited when he found a non-decrepit stall at the ongoing World Book Fair. Nay, he did not bump into a rare there. Instead, the stall offered a whale of information on how to use the Right to Information (RTI) Act. Tucked into a corner in hall number 12 A, the stall has books, research reports; bare act (the RTI Act), CDs and manuals apart from copies of the monthly newsletter of the organization, which is basically involved in taking the RTI Act to more and more people. The stall by NGO Kabir has been quite a crowd-puller with people like Satvanshi gobbling up information, which they can apply back home. "
