A direct fight between the "Corrupt Bureaucracy" and the "Common Man"
A big fight lies ahead as the corrupt bureaucrats play all the tricks to discourage public spirited individuals in the Union Territory of Chandigarh. Latest act is, "RTI Fee in Chandigarh incrreased 5 times." What's worst is that it calls it a move to check "Frivolous Applications." Now it has become a direct fight between the "Corrupt Bureaucracy" and the "Common Man." Read the news
